founded in 2009. With manufacturing facilities in Jiaxing and Lu’an, ROC supports customers from
prototype validation through scalable production, processing components made from optical glass,
glass-ceramics, quartz, crystals, ceramics.With nearly 20 years of process expertise, 110,000 m² of
manufacturing space, and more than 50 authorized patents, ROC provides integrated cold-processing
capabilities for precision optical components. By combining extensive material knowledge, practical
process engineering, and responsive project support, ROC helps customers efficiently transform
design specifications into stable, production-ready optical products.
